Error With Accounts ON whm cpanel

I trying to make a account in cpanel ecnservers.com.au

It says the domain is all ready in

WWWAcct 10.0 (c) 1997-2005 cPanel, Inc.

Sorry, that domain is already setup (remove it from httpd.conf : line 1102)

Whats the command lines in shell to remove that

You need to edit /usr/local/apache/conf/httpd.conf using your preferred editor and remove that domains VirtualHost container from that file. If you don't know how to do that, then you can either teach yourself using such resources as (esp the BASH guide):
