Error: Cannot create folder "_private" -> in crete an account

Hi
When I want to create an account for a special domain in my server I get this error :

Starting install, port: 80.

Creating web http://www.mydomain.com.
Chowning Content in service /.
Error: Cannot create folder "_private".
No such file or directory

Restarting apache
Ftp Password Files synced

account created but the used space = 62 MB. but I havnot any file or email or Database in this site ????????????

What can i do to fix this problem ?

The directory "_private" looks like one related to Frontpage.

Does this account need Frontpage extensions? If not, create the account without Frontpage selected.

Hi and thanks for your attention

but my problem is not _Private

When I create this site with 10 Megabyte quota limit, it have 62 MB ( about 52 MB overquota).

but I havnot any file or mail or DB in this site.

This my problem ? a new create site with 62MB default used space !!!

Hello,

Did you try to change the user name of that domain to another one?. if not do it now. Also pls have look at this link.
