    Default error creating backup... i've already slapped my dog twice, dont know who to blame...

    j/k, i dont have a dog...

    IM trying to generate a full backup and im getting this to the admin e-mail

    --------------------------------------------------------
    pkgacct started.
    pkgacct version 4.1 - running with uid 0
    using time::hires for speedups
    /home/morphina/backup-8.31.2005_02-03-16_morphina exists, please remove it and try again
    --------------------------------------------------------

    i go into /home/morphina and check it out and there's something there a folder and a tar file. both are empty. i delete them; create another backup, and within 1 second i get another e-mail saying the same thing...

    help is greatly appreciated... thank you

    Default Backup Issues....

    I'm getting the same error message via email when I attempt to backup to the home directory!!! Please help!!!!

    COuld be a bug. What version of cPanel are you using and have you checked that you're running the latest version for your version tree?

    If you aren't the server admin, then you should be contacting your web hosting provider.

    I got this error too. I can confirm that after upgrading to a later stable release of cpanel, the error ceased. Bug in cPanel 10.2.0-S83 .
