Error in Exim

Today looking at the logs I see the error list matching forced to fail: failed to find host name for and I dont know what is it.

Here is part of exim_mainlog where it occurs.

I did a host 202.89.72.2 and it doesnt have reverse dns records. Thats the reason of why exim is giving the error? to those ip that doesnt have reverse dns?
