Error Logs disapearing

For some reason all of the sudden if a customer goes into their cpanel and clicks "error logs" where it is suspose to store the last 300 errors they are not thier. It seems to be deleting them about every 30 minutes for some reason. Any ideals on what may be causing this? I am running CentOS 3.3 i686 - WHM X v3.1.0 WHM 9.9.7 cPanel 9.9.8-S6

Yes - I'd loke to know more about this as well.
There is not 300 messages stored only for one day at the most.
