What is the value that you have set Within Tweak Settings?
The maximum each domain can send out per hour (0 is unlimited):

If the number of emails from a domain exceed the specified value then the mails are held back in the queue for an hour till they are resent.

So, a domain is sending out more than 200 mails in an hour through a script...increase the value to 500 or more depending upon your user profile but ensure that the domain is not sending out spam.

You will find more information within these forums...just search
