File Manager unable to view files

When I log into file manager, I'm trying to figure out why it won't show the files. It says something like "No records found.". The directory on the left is right.

I just recently cleared the error_log and I'm trying to figure out to trigger the error log with this file manager problem, but unable to do so.

My guess one of the .rm files of Cpanel doesn't have adequate permissions to do the job for file manager, but I don't know which one. (Let alone if that is the problem).

Any suggestions?

One of my clients gets an error when they log into cpanel. I've checked file permissions and they should have adequate permission. Any tips?

Execute this command

tail -fv /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log

then open the file manager and see the errors in the log.

If there were an errors could you provide us with it ?

and try again

Note: It will take much time to finish depending on your hard disk space.
