Pretty much what it says. Check user files in /var/cpanel/users/* and see if the domain is listed to anyone else.

hmmm.. ok... I went to /var/cpanel/users/ but there are 911 hosting accounts on the server... is there any way to search the user files without having to open every one manually?

Thanks mickalo, I'm a Windows user learning Linux on the fly... I'm starting to like Linux a lot better and think I understand why people love it a lot more that Windows... but I'm still learning how to do what I want to... somedays I think i need to use the linux gui.... but that defeats the purpose.. LOL
anyways... back to the real question... I checked, and there is no reference to the DOMAIN Name any where else... so why am I getting this error?
Error from park wrapper: [DomainName] is owned by another user.
did you go through your apache httpd.conf to see if there maybe a reference to that domain in there, maybe a mistake in there ??

Assuming that there is only one httpd.conf
/usr/local/apache/conf/httpd.conf yes, I did a search for the domain name in question and it was not found.
This domain name was working on the clients site, but then it died so the client removed it and tried to "re-add" it to see if that solved the problem and it just stopped working.
I removed the entries for the domain name from the domain.db file as they were listed there.
edit cpanel.config
vi /var/cpanel/cpanel.config
autocreateaentries=0
save the file and try to add an park domain
issue will get resolved.

Just park it again as if it isn't parked, and you will then be able to delete it.
