Error from park wrapper: mydomain.de is owned by another user.

Hello!

I'm trying to add an addon .de domain in an account in cpanel, but it returns an error:
Error from park wrapper: mydomain.de is owned by another user.

I searched the forum and did everything I found:
- checked if mydomain.de exist in httpd.conf;
- deleted httpd.conf.datastore;
- checked /etc/localdomains, /etc/trueuserowners, /etc/trueuserdomains, /etc/userdomains, /var/cpanel/users
The entry mydomain.de exist nowhere
The zone mydomain.de.db exist in /var/named. When I remove it from the both nameservers, cpanel returns error that it must exist.

Can you tell me what more could I do to add that addon domain?

I tried that before - with deleting httpd.conf.datastore there's no success. In /home/user/etc there's only mydomain.com folder (the primary domain for the account). There's no mydomain.de folder. But the problem persist
