Error sending mail using HORDE since last .11 update.

There was an error sending your message: Failed to connect to localhost:25 [SMTP: Failed to connect socket: Connection refused (code: -1, response: )]

I got that error everytime I try to use mails using horde, this is happening since the last cpanel v11 R update...
any ideas about how to fix this.. i couldnt find anything at cpanel logs...¿?

Using mail clients or squirrelmails works perfect, im using RHES 4.

I have may be some problem, I can't login to Horde...
In maillog I have:
imapd-ssl: couriertls: accept: error:140760FC:SSL routines:SSL23_GET_CLIENT_HELLO:unknown protocol

try sending emails using horde after disabling firewall.

I had this issue today and was running CSF, so I opened /etc/csf/csf.conf

And set:

SMTP_ALLOWLOCAL = "1"

Because I noticed I had SMTP_BLOCK = "1"

Thanks for the tip nshreders -- this was what was causing the SMTP timeout on one of our servers as well.
