error system ssl directory

Hi does anyone know how to remove old certificates.

I had an account that had an ssl certificate for testing purposes I deleted the account but all the certs for the account and key files are still on my system I recreated the account and tried to delete from cpanel but I get these errors and the files are still there

any help please to delete these cert and key files
