Error using "Update System Software"

Hello,
I got this error when I use Update System Software, It just show the error but the update process continues and finish ok updating all the other software.
Can anyone tell me if this is important, a bug or how can I fix it?

Now I realise I have the same issue on anothe server using WHM 10.6.0 cPanel 10.6.0-R211
RedHat Enterprise 3 i686 - WHM X v3.1.0 .

How can I fix this? Ant ideas?

yo uare using an old build of cPanel, I recommend updating to the 10.8 tree

If it doesn't fix it then you can simply:

/scripts/perlinstaller --force version
