I have an interesting one for you:

I've recently setup PerlDesk with appropriate email piping from my domain.com > email.pl etc and that's working fine.

What I do find is however that the appropriate domain.com valias file just gets deleted and email starts bouncing, this appears to occur after the nightly cPanel / WHM updates etc.

Can anyone give me an idea of why this is happening and how to fix it?

I am the server admin and I don't believe the file is being removed by anyone.
