I was wonder if any one using Exim 4 now, and is using Perl programmed mass mailers, have noticed any problems, improvements, downfalls,..etc ??

We have about 6-8 customers who run mass mailers through various Perl written membership management systems that utilize mass mailers and fork() funtion.

When we were running Exim 3, I was told to use the split_spool_directory option would improve over-all performance..

any comments, suggestion would be most appreciated.
