Exim ACL problem after upgrade to cPanel 10.5.0-C49

after upgrade to cpanel 10.5.0-c49 which upgrade exim to 4.52, now i can't receive or sending email, always get this error on exim_rejectlog:

2005-08-15 00:55:16 fixed_plain authenticator failed for (host) [123.123.123.123]:2584 I=[456.456.456.456]:465: 435 Unable to authenticate at present (set_id=admin@domain.com): Undefined subroutine &main::checkuserpass called.

2005-08-15 00:55:23 H=(host) [123.123.123.123]:2584 I=[456.456.456.456]:465 F=<admin@domain.com> temporarily rejected RCPT <user@other.com>: failed to expand ACL string "${perl{checkrelayhost}{$sender_host_address}}": Undefined subroutine &main::checkrelayhost called.

how to fix this?

You are missing exim.pl. Try the following command

/scripts/exim4 --latest
-------------------------
It will help you to solve this issue.

Please send a copy of your /var/cpanel/updatelogs/ so we can troubleshoot why this happened.

when i run that script i get this error message:

Your rpm database is corrupted. Check the follwing link. It will help you to rebuild the rpm database.

trying following guide from link you give, but still rpmdb is error:

running rm -f /var/lib/rpm/__db* won't fix rpmdb

i succeded fixing rpm database, then i run /scripts/exim4 --latest
