exim and alias issues

we just started getting the following errors in the exim log:

R=local_aliases defer (-1): failed to expand "${lookup{$local_part}lsearch{/etc/localaliases}}": failed to open /etc/localaliases for linear search: No such file or directory

most of the accounts on the server are having this issue.... I tried re-installing exim, but the error still occurs..

any ideas?

What build are you running? 9.4.0 1-5 have aliasing errors, downgrade to the latest Release build and it should be fixed. (View the CPanel/WHM News in WHM for more info)

In WHM, click "Update Config" near the top, click the manual RELEASE build option and save, then run the cPanel "Upgrade to latest version"

gotcha... thanks for the help.... I upgraded to edge 7.... hopefully that fixes the aliases... if not, I'll downgrade to release...
