I would like to add following line at exim.conf

timeout_frozen_after = 2d

when i add by login shell vi /etc/exim.conf it will allow me to add
i can see by command line too.
cat /etc/exim.conf |grep 2d

if i open exim.conf using whm
1)login into whm
2)click on exim.configuration editor
3)advance editor
it will not allow me to edit above line it is showing me
timeout_frozen_after = 8d

As per other forum thread and test i saw whm is using different file for edit.
i did changes into exim.conf.buildtest and exim.conf.txt too but no use.

Please let me know how to change value of timeout_frozen_after = 2d using whm,

You have to use the white edit boxes in the advance editor. The first white box should suffice.

for instance you might see

log_selector = +all

just add your line there and click on save, it should automatically save it to your conf file and remove the old one.
