    Default Exim configuration- Need a little help

    My mail keeps getting locked out due to load I need some help on how to change the following configurations and maybe some suggestions to what I should set it too.

    Please be specific I am scared to death of the Exim configuration. I have no clue what I am looking at in there.

    I was told to change the following.
    deliver_queue_load_max
    queue_only_load
    smtp_load_reserve

    Well, as you probably know, you really need to resolve the load issue as any changes to exim to force it to process are only going to exacerbate the situation. AFAIK, the setting you want to change is:

    deliver_queue_load_max

    Which by default is set to 3. If you go into WHM > Exim Configuration Editor > Advanced Mode > and put this into the first textbox and Save:

    deliver_queue_load_max = 6

    Then the queue will process up to a load average of 6 instead of 3.
