Exim stopped to send e-mails normally. Now it sends only if in outlook for example, the option is selected "My server requires authentication".

2006-04-03 19:11:40 H=(xxx) [200.138.231.xxx]:4509 I=[72.36.246.xxx]:25 F=<xxx@xxx.com.br> rejected RCPT <emailde@root.com>: (xxx) [200.138.231.xxx]:4509 is currently not permitted to relay through this server. Perhaps you have not logged into the pop/imap server in the last 30 minutes or do not have SMTP Authentication turned on in your email client.
Already I reinstalled the Exim and it did not function. Somebody has a solution?
