Exim error: 550 Administrative prohibition

Anyone know what would cause this error on Exim 4.43

550 Administrative prohibition

This is what I'm getting when sending mail to a customer on Cpanel. I searched the forums here and found nothing that relates and google returns nothing useful either. As usual, customer is upset.

It often means that you have somethign wrong with your headers format...not RFC compliant, etc.

You can't really tell unless you can look at the exim logs for the exact problem.

Thanks nickn. I'm going to do some testing and see what shows up in the logs. I had done this before but I honestly didn't see anything. Rule #1 when troubleshooting something: "Does it log anywhere? Look there first". Let me try it again. The log files are rather massive on them but I'll just 'tail' them while sending to see what pops across.
