exim error : could not open panic log

When ever i log to ssh i am getting following error

Only ssh is working other all service are down.

i am using Centos 5.5 64bit

The message is reporting a read-only filesystem. This is usually the result of filesystem corruption, and the filesystem needs to be checked with the server offline. Please contact your data center and ask to have an offline fsck run on the server's hard drive. It is important that this not be done on a mounted filesystem, so the server must be taken offline for the fsck.
