Exim error,Permission denied

I cannot getting some email. I lookup the exim_reject log file I see an error like this

2005-10-28 21:46:20 H=(mailq.pacific.net.th) [203.121.130.74] U=postfix F=<bd4@paiins.com> temporarily rejected RCPT <key8coth@key8.co.th>: require_files: error for /etc/vdomainaliases/key8.co.th: Permission denied

Anybody help me please?
