Hello!
I have just noticed a load of errors flowing in /var/log/exim_mainlog following as:
2005-09-04 14:07:53 H=(EXCH1.global.local) [64.147.15.130] F=<> temporarily rejected RCPT <__________@__________.se>: error in redirect data: missing or malformed local part (expected word or "<") in ":fail"
It is only this single domain generating this (reffered to as __________ in this post)
root@w1 [~]# grep __________.se /var/log/exim_mainlog | grep -c 'expected word or "<"'
53305
There is 37 total hits that does Not include this domain.
Our exim_mainlog is approx 80000 rows at the moment which pretty well describes how large % this error does take up.
Is this something we can do anything about in our end? Is the error generated due to our rules formed for parsing input?
Thanks you for a response.
Mikael
