Hello,
In WHM services status, exim is failed and as a result, I'm getting these error emails to my root email. However, the emailing in my server is fine: I can send and receive emails without any problems.
So, how to solve this problem?

Have you tried restarting chksrvd and checking in the chkservd.log file incase there are any errors?

I tried to restart the chkservd... nothing changed.
In the log I found:
DBI connect('eximstats:localhost','eximstats',...) failed: Client does not support authentication protocol requested by server; consider upgrading MySQL cli$
Can't Connect at /usr/local/cpanel/bin/eximstats line 267.

Ah, well, that's a problem with eximstats not with exim. Eximstats is what produces the WHM > View Relayers, etc, information and isn't related to mail delivery itself. To check that that is running, try:
/scripts/restartsrv_eximstats
If you get similar errors to the chksrvd log then you could try running a repair against the eximstats MySQL database.

I got this:
DBI connect('eximstats:localhost','eximstats',...) failed: Client does not support authentication protocol requested by server; consider upgrading MySQL client at /usr/local/cpanel/bin/eximstats line 264
Can't Connect at /usr/local/cpanel/bin/eximstats line 267.
Which is the same error.
How to repair against the eximstats MySQL database?

Khalid
I did "Repair a Database" in WHM, but the problem still there!
Thanks chirpy, I appreciate your help!

I found a way to fix it somewhere:
The error gone when /scripts/restartsrv_eximstats , but the the eximstats still in "red" (Service Status).Code:/scripts/realperlinstaller --force DBD::mysql /scripts/restartsrv_eximstats

Khalid
please wait and see. it takes some time for the WHM status to turn up.
