    Default exim headers - remove?

    Basically Im starting a website where it emails a cell phone... This has worked fine on my friends plain redhat 7.3 with input given to cell:

    'apache@ns2.ave58.com / message from site'

    Unfortunately Mine gives:

    'x@x.x /Message-Id: <E190xKm-0000FH@acela.hostdime.com> Date: Sun 10 Aug 2003 17:02:13 -0400 / message from site'

    I removed the Anti abuse headers, but I cant get the message ID to leave. I tried:

    headers_remove="Message-Id"

    But it doesnt work. Someone please help

    I found out how to remove the Message-Id from the headers but one of my techs said if It's removed from the headers, mail will not recieve, and historical things will happen to my server. He lying?
