Default Exim log of emails sent?

I was hoping someone could tell me in general where if at all I would find copies of the actual messages sent from one of my servers? Basically one of the employees of a domain on my server was sending emails which I need to obtain a copy of for the owner of the site. Is there a log of the actual message sent somewhere on the server? Not just what I find in /var/log/exim_mainlog?

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Sorry if I posted this in the wrong place.

No, they are not stored anywhere. All you have is the transaction logs in exim_mainlog.
