exim mail queue count

HI,


if i run exim -bpc it will take too much time as well as server load to show mail count
if i check mail queue by cmq scripts which is provided by configure sever it works fine without any problem so which method is best to get mail count without load and within few 40-50 seconds

is there any options?

If you want to know when the queue size is getting high, the csf firewall from configserver.com has an alert function that will email you every time the queue is bigger than the given threshold, and will check it every X seconds. Set to what you need to stay alerted.
