Default Exim not allowing processes past 3.0%

How can I get Exim to allow more processes when the server reaches 3.0% processor usage, as I have a client running a responder, which takes just over 4.0% procesor uasge whle running!

    Any help appreciated

    Default

    in shell pico /etc/exim.conf

you will see a line just a few lines down like this.

deliver_queue_load_max = 3 just change it to the load you prefer..... don't get crazy with it though.
