exim not delivering mail

Hi

Im having a problem with exim. whm says its up and running but i cannot receive mails. Ive checked the mail logs but found nothing unusual. I know there is mail in the box because in cpanel it says im using 2mb one mailbox. When i log in via horde, neomail, etc it just says my inbox is empty.

A any ideas what the problem could be?

do you see a "completed" message for mails delivered to your mailboxes? Also, does it happen across all email accounts or only at your only email account?

It only appears to happen to my account. Ive tried restarting exim, no problem, but doesnt help any. Any suggestions?

if you do not have any important emails which you previously save, try remove the email account from Cpanel and resetup it and have a try and see.
