exim not delivering mail to a mailbox with unlimited quota

Hello,

exim is not delivering mail to a sub-account (local delivery) of a reseller on our server, even though the account has unlimited as disk space quota. The account has only used 23 M disk space.

Exim log/exim -qff output shows;

I have 139 such messages waiting to be delivered for this user.

I tried changing the quota to 0 in /etc/quota.conf, I tried changing the quota through WHM. Nothing is working. I still get the same message.

What's with exim?

The MTA-imposed quota is the one set in cPanel for the individual mailbox, not the cPanel account.

I have pdf versions of docs for;

- cpanel
- whm

When I skimmed over and searched through the pdfs, there was no mention of it.

I'll recommend, for the manual/docs to be updated with this piece of info in the troubleshooting section at least.
