Exim Problem ( Mailbox Full )

Hello,

first, sorry for my bad english.

So, one of my customers has reached his mailbox quota ( Mailbox full ). but when he reseved one mail, the mail ist listed in the mail queue for 3d ( setup exim ) . why exim doesnt send back this mail to sender when the mailbox is full ?

WHM > Exim Configuration Editor > "Discard emails for users who have exceeded their quota instead of keeping them in the queue"
