Exim problems

For the last couple days i have been having a problem that everytime cpanel updates exim stops working... then i type /scripts/newexim and it works fine... anyone have any ideas and/or things for me to look at.

First of all my advise is use Stable/ Release version rather than using Edge version. You can change preferences from inside WHM, change update preferences. Also remember if you are using MailScanner on your server (using nick's or mmkassem's installation, please make sure you use Release version AND NOT STABLE).

If still nothing works, do a tail -f /var/log/exim_mainlog and paste the log here when exim stops working. Any help can only be provided only once the logs are seen.
