exim reject log

anyone explain what this does and how to work out why entries were blocked.

examples of entries found in mine

You might want to scrool over to the right - seems you cut off part of your error message. \"unable$\" the $ means there is something to the right.

it might be that the mail server that sent that message was unavailable which is a good sign that it was spam so it got rejected?
