    Default Exim relocation error

    Hi,

After the last updates this is what our servers replies when you try to send an email using Outlook Express.

The SMTP server returned an error. Account: 'xxxxxxx', Server: 'xxxxxxxx.xxx', Protocol: SMTP, Server Response: '/usr/sbin/exim: relocation error: /lib/libnss_dns.so.2: symbol __libc_res_nquery, version GLIBC_PRIVATE not defined in file libresolv.so.2 with link time reference', Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Error Number: 0x800CCC60

    How can we solve this?????
    Any help will be apreciated.
    Marius

This is the result of the redhat glibc secuity update

    https://rhn.redhat.com/errata/RHSA-2003-089.html

It appears that some of the symbols changed, so a restart of some services is required.
