    Default Exim: Retry time exceeded

    A customer has some email addresses associated with an addon domain which are not deliverale to. The sender is getting "Retry time exceeded".

    The messages are in the delivery queue and if I force the delivery Exim reports:

    == address@domain.com R=virtual_user T=virtual_userdelivery defer (-7): mailbox /home/account/mail/domain.com/address/inbox has the wrong mode 644 (660 expected)

    I have replaced the users details with generic details.

    This seems to be the significant part: inbox has the wrong mode 644 (660 expected)

    Any ideas please?

    Thanks! That seemed to work great.
