Default exim is running, but it display in red in cpanel?

i just got a new vps account, exim button in cpanel server status show it is red, but when i tried in shell:
    /etc/init.d/exim status is running,

    how come this happened?

    how to fix it?

this is annoying, when cutomers saw this in cpanel.

and tried to reboot or /scripts/exim4
