exim is showing as failed in WHM but its fully working

Hey,
I am running WHM 9.1.0 with RH9 and Im having a problem with exim showing as failed in WHM and its sending me an alert email every 5 minutes.

I got 120 emails last night.

Does anyone know what could be wrong?
Exim is fully working and there are no problems at all so I dont know why its showing as failed.

I want to solve the problem with it showing as failed instead of just stop the alerts.

I've seen this happen on VPS if you have the SMTP tweak turned on.

Turn off the SMTP tweak in the Security settings and see if that fixes it
