Hello!

We are trying to add an extra domain to a customer, but fails with the message;

"Cannot determine nameserver ip for inka-jewellery-com. Please make sure that
it is registered with a valid domain name register."

The domain has convagented since several weeks back.

We can properly look up the nameservers used for the domain with "host -t ns", "dig" and "whois". They are exactly configurated as other domains which users use as extra domains with the nameservers.
