Extra FTP Accounts do not work.
I have a website being developed and the domain isn't yet pointed to the IP address. Does this cause an issue when you make additional FTP accounts since it adds @domain.com to each new FTP account? When we try to use a addon FTP account it doesn't work. But when we use the main "account" ftp it works just fine.
It appears that the FTP accounts with @domain.com do not work what-so-ever. In order for extra FTP accounts to work, does the domain need to resolve to the IP for the @domain.com accounts to work? Any suggestions is appreciated. |
