Extreme high load : Sleeping Tasks?

Hi I done teh following commands

# top

# netstat -a

# free -m

and it came up with over 141 sleeping tasts and using over 40.36 cpu usage? Any idea on how to reduce this at aww,

Httpd is comin up using over 10.00cpu usage muiltiple times :s

probably related to the clamav vuln that came out, just restart all mail (and spam) related services. same thing happened to me this morning
