Failed Add Domain Not Deleting Something?

I have CPanel setup where I have created 20 domains pointing to sub-directories in a single account. 3 of these domains the redirection is not working when using IE7, but does work in Firefox.

Here is an example of one of the sites that redirection work in Firefox but not in IE.

What is different with these sites? I believe these 3 sites I made an initial mistake of creating them initially in CPanel before the domain registrar was setup to my DNS servers. This will cause the setup to fail, and it states everything is deleted in Cpanel, but something must not be. Once the DNS servers were registered I recreated them and everything seems to work fine except this issue. Something is being left behind from the failed initial creation in Cpanel.

Has anyone experienced this?

You should compare the settings in dns, httpd.conf, and the .htaccess for them to see what is different between the ones that work and don't work.
