Failed Problems : Apache / Bind / Interchange

I'm having failed problems constinously every 1 hour root is sending me e-mails with failed attempts.
What could be the problem here ?

apache failed @ Thu May 20 05:18:24 2004. A restart was attempted automagicly.

bind failed @ Thu May 20 05:18:29 2004. A restart was attempted automagicly.

interchange failed @ Thu May 20 05:18:33 2004. A restart was attempted automagicly.

Funny how they can't even spell "automatically" correctly... *sigh*

This just started happening to me, but it's every 7-8 minutes.
