    Arrow Fantastico not working: PHP not working in cPanel/WHM

    It seems that when I try to configure Fantastico in the WHM panel, the Fantastico scripts are not phrased as a PHP script but rather a plain HTML file. (I could see the PHP code by viewing source on the page)
    Is this related to some kind of MIME setting in cpsrvd? If so, how could I fix this?
    Thanks!

    Anyone has any idea? Maybe adding PHP as system handler?

    Well, have you been reading the forums? Have you preformed a /scripts/easyapache update since yesterday? If so, that is pretty much your problem.

    Yes, I did perform a easyapache yesterday but it has already been a problem for a few weeks now. The normal PHP is working fine, just that the PHP in cPanel would not work. (I mean PHP files would not load by PHP, just rendered as HTML text in cPanel)
    Any other ideas?

    Make sure in /etc/httpd/conf/httpd.conf that this line looks like the follow;

    <IfModule mod_dir.c>
    DirectoryIndex index.html index.wml index.cgi index.shtml index.jsp index.js index.jp index.php4 index.php3 index.php index.phtml index.htm default.htm default.html home.htm
    </IfModule>

    What do you mean by the PHP in cpanel wont work?

    I don't see how changing directory index would help with anything.
    But anyways, I am saying that normal PHP files that reside on the web server (apache at port 80) works as they are suppose to, but php files in cPanel (or /usr/local/cpanel/whostmgr/docroot/cgi/fantastico/ - cpsrvd port 2086/7) would not work at all. The problem is that cpsrvd is not using php to phrase any of fantastico's php files. (shown as plain text in browser via view source)
    I have checked to see that the php.ini in the 3rdparty directories exist and are correct:
    /usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/lib/php.ini
    /usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/etc/php.ini
    Ummm....

    Yes, is this more of a WHM issue since PHP files are not loading on WHM/cPanel itself?
    Also I have tried all the suggestions on their forum, no avail.
