    Default Fetch CSV in whm not work?

    Hi,

    my whm is WHM 11.15.0 cPanel 11.17.0-S19434,

    i want to get all the user data(mail、domain、username、package..) on the server,

    i login whm and go to the List Accounts,

    i click the "Fetch CSV",

    it does not let me download the data with excel file,

    and shows with letters,


    is it a bug?

    You should upgrade cPanel to see if that helps. Works fine in S20595. It does not download it prints to your screen. Highlight, copy and save, even to notepad, name it list.csv or whatever and open it locally. Works fine here.

    Or save a few steps and right click the link to Fetch, choose save target as and name it ending with .csv

    so,after clicking the botton,

    it will produce a .csv file for downloading directly or not?

    I was pretty clear in my post I thought.

    To answer your question, no, it won't. It will create a .txt file. You'll rename it to a .csv file before you actually save it to your desktop.

    Default csv dates all funny?

    I have an interesting question - Most probably excel related but when you open the CSV file with Excel it automatically changes all the dates to some weird dates (2026/02/12) etc..

    How do i get it to keep the dates that the account was created on the same?

    That's typical Excel behavior. You might be able to work around it by setting the attributes on the date column when importing the CSV file into Excel.

    Excel is well-known for reformatting CSV files into what it thinks is correct.

    Hi,


    after i click the "Fetch CSV",

    the shows a lot of data,but there is no mail address at all,

    is any way i can get the mail of each account at the same time?
