A few questions about PostReSQL

Hello all!

I've just installed PostReSQL and it seems everything working fine. But, our customers do not see link to the PhpPgAdmin in the cPanel. How can I add it?

And the second question: during the php apdate with whm I received message about installing postresql. But! I have it installed already. Is it safe to run apache and phph updates for postresql databases? Should I backup them firts?
