file manager html editor issue

Hello,

A client of ours is attempting to use the HTML editor from the file manager in his cPanel.

When clicking the edit button, the loading dialog pops up but doesn't finish loading.

I have asked him to repeat the process with firefox, running in safe mode (no addons loaded) and tell me what is reported in the error console of firefox. he received the following error:

If he does this on any browser on his PC, the same thing happens, and he has tried on another PC on his network with the same results, however I have logged in as him to his cPanel, and succesfully loaded the HTML editor.

He and I are both using windows XP, I have also seen it working on Vista from a colleagues computer.

Sounds like he may have something interfering with the page such
as a popup blocker or other security programs on his computer.

Norton Antivirus is known to create similar issues on other sites.

If his computer is infected with Spyware, that could also lead to
this kind of effect as well

In any case, the fact that you can login without problems and you
have not received other complaints would lend itself more likely that
that problem is with the user's own computer at home.
