Did anybody meet the problem that the files can't be shown in file manager on the left side for version 11.30.0 (build 23)? Appreciated for your answer.

Since this post would be a different issue than how to check the release tier or cPanel version, I've moved this post to a new thread.
Please check the cPanel error log upon trying to load file manager to see if you have any errors in that log:
Code:tail -fn0 /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log

Thanks for your help.I got such notice as I followed your way:
[~]# tail -fn0 /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log
[2011-06-01 20:13:54 -0500] info [dnsadmin-ssl] safecopy for /etc/named.conf -> /var/named/chroot/etc/named.conf skipped. Target exists and has same size and inode number.
[2011-06-01 20:13:56 -0500] info [parkadmin] 'local' datastore in use (/var/cpanel/conf/apache/local)
How could this be solved?
Those errors don't indicate anything for this issue from what I could see. Could you please open up a ticket using WHM > Support Center > Contact cPanel or using the link in my signature. Please post the ticket number here upon opening it. Thanks!

I checked on another ticket where I found a similar issue and that user had RVSkin on the machine. Could you try the following if you are using RVSkin on that server:
Code:mv /usr/local/cpanel/Cpanel/rvversion /usr/local/cpanel/Cpanel/rvversion.cpdrbak perl /root/rvadmin/auto_rvskin.pl

Thanks for your help.I'm trying.A little slow, still in waiting.I'll update you soon.
I have finished it and got the notice as following:
Custom post update for RVSkin installer does not exist.
Be noticed that both root and reseller have to manage RVSkin at
WHM / Addo-ons / RVSkin Manager (at the bottom of WHM left menu).
Don't terminate rvdamin hosting account, it is still required.
But when I check the accounts which have problem with file manager,I found that the files there were still not shown.Could you please look into this issue further?
The only way to take a further look would be to open a ticket as I previously requested.

Hey,we found that the files can't be shown when we changed cp's language to Chinese, while it's normal when we use English to show the interface.I think it's caused due to cp's bug, right?Do you have any idea to solve this problem?
It isn't a cPanel bug if the skin is RVSkin. If the skin is RVSkin and it isn't working, then it's a bug with their third-party provided themes. Does it work when using x3 theme, our provided default theme?
If it doesn't work with our x3 theme, please open a ticket. Tickets are complimentary at no cost, so please proceed with submitting one using WHM > Support Center > Contact cPanel or using the link in my signature.

To be honest,we use x3 theme as default. And it didn't work under x3 theme when using Chinese to show cPanel interface. But it worked well when we English.By the way,I'm not able to send a ticket because it always reminds me that the email is not corresponding to the IP address of that server.
You will need to open up a ticket. Possibly, you could sign up for a new account to submit the ticket with a different email address. Otherwise, you could try to log into your account in our ticketing system and update the IP there.
Alternatively, use the other IP and change it after you've opened it.
Of note, I've tested changing to Chinese language in cPanel on the x3 theme on a server running 11.30.0.25 and the files show properly on the left hand side for File Manager there. I cannot reproduce a bug on that version of cPanel for this same area. This is why a ticket needs to be opened.
Thanks!
