File Manager v3- find and delete?

I have a client that just switched their hosting and had someone do the file migration. When they did this for some reason in every directory and sub-directory etc, a new folder/directory called "_notes" was created. They are interfering with the site's functions. . . this site has hundreds and hundreds of directories and it will take forever to find and delete all instances of this folder . . . is there an easier way to do this with File Manager v3. I can do a "search" for these folders, but I then have to click and delete each one individually, and there are probably over 1000 of them . . . someone please help!

Those directories are created by Dreamweaver I believe. I'm just curious, what problems are they causing you?
