File names with accent marks not displaying correctly

Does anyone know how to fix this one?

The files download with the proper file names, but they do not show correctly in the browser listing.

Case in point:

http://www.uag360.com/Courses/Fifth_...dio/ACT1/test/

The second file name down, looks like this via a browser listing display:

2 Fiebre Reumática.ppt

.. but it should look like the actual downloaded file name, i.e.:

2 Fiebre Reumática.ppt


Likewise for file number 5:

5 Estenosis Aórtica.ppt

... but it should look like this:

5 Estenosis Aórtica.ppt


Do I need to make some kind of change in .htaccess or within the general httpd.conf?

Yes, we mostly host English text/sites, but this is an exception. And I have been trying for weeks to figure this one out, so any help would be very much appreciated.

Just for fun, in your browser change the encoding setting to UTF-8 for a moment and refresh that page.
(In IE7, view > encoding)

Thanks, yup, that works. But the hosted customer said he did not used to have to do this before we moved him to a different server.
