Hello.
Our clients have problems with charset in filemanager's upload window. It can be found at the address:

frontend/x3/filemanager/upload-ajax.html

The file opens in new window and looks like no css loaded. The national characters are corrupted. I reckon this should open in an Ajax window (div) instead of a new page.

I'm using cPanel 11.25.0-C42048.
